Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania has a hospital. Fort Indiantown Gap has many medical professionals operating in a variety of specialties. Fundamental healthcare begins with an individual or family?s access to a general physician, call it a family doctor or for children, a Pediatrician and for women a Gynecologist. Certainly, for people like me, a good therapist; better yet, a Psychiatrist! But why is it that someone in Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania cannot locate a physician that will take new patients?
CityBlog Fort Indiantown Gap, was struck by the frustration that was apparent in Susie Pena’s (a Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania resident) post on May 9, 2007, which read as follows:
I have been here 1 year this June and have yet to find a doctor that will accept new patients. I am very discouraged that there is no avenue for new residents to find out who is available without a lot of labor intensive efforts.
